Mission Statement – Real Houston Soccer Club

At Real Houston Soccer Club, our mission is to inspire the next generation of soccer players and build a legacy that leads us to become Houston’s next professional team. We are committed to building a training facility and club house of professional level. Real Houston is focused on creating Houston's first path to pro soccer club.

Real Houston is not only a club, we are building a community of like minded individuals who want to leave a mark—a place where players, volunteers, and supporters come together to grow through the beautiful game. We aim to instill values such as responsibility, professionalism, and communication—skills that extend far beyond the pitch and into every aspect of life.

Through meaningful opportunities for volunteers and a deep-rooted commitment to player development, we are building more than a team—we are shaping futures and uniting our city through soccer.

People and culture

Our people are what make us unique. Rather than outsourcing our construction engineers from questionable outsourcing establishments, we provide them with an environment that supports professional growth.

We are strong believers in giving our employees a voice. Our teams are put together with the help of our resident psychologist to ensure maximum productivity and engagement.
